Refund and Return Policy
I. Scope of Application and Prerequisites
1. This policy applies to all products purchased through our platform (except for special products marked "non-refundable and non-exchangeable," such as customized products, intimate apparel, and discounted clearance items, which will be clearly marked on the product details page).
2. To apply for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
(1) You shall submit your application within 30 calendar days from the date you sign for the goods (for cross-border goods, the date of receipt shall prevail due to the long logistics cycle).
(2) The goods must be kept in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with labels, tags and original packaging intact, and without obvious stains or wear;
(3) Provide complete order information, receipts and proof of product issues (such as photos, videos, etc.).
II. Circumstances under which returns and exchanges can be requested
1. Product quality issues: The received product has problems such as material defects, functional failure, size/model not matching the order, or quantity shortage;
2. Logistics damage issues: If the goods are damaged or leak during transportation (the goods must be inspected on the spot and photographed for record-keeping, and the logistics company and us must be contacted for confirmation);
3. Other reasonable circumstances: Errors in shipping due to our operational mistakes, or other circumstances that comply with relevant laws and regulations and cross-border e-commerce supervision requirements for returns and exchanges.
III. Return and Exchange Process
1. Initiating an application: After receiving the goods, you can submit a return or exchange application by contacting customer service (phone/email as above), explaining the reason for the application and providing relevant supporting documents;
2. Review and Confirmation: We will complete the review within 3 business days after receiving your application. If the review is approved, we will inform you of the specific return address, logistics requirements, and return item number via email or phone; if the review is not approved, we will explain the specific reasons.
3. Goods Return: You must return the goods to the designated address within 7 business days after approval, and retain the tracking number for tracking purposes. Logistics costs incurred for cross-border returns due to product quality issues or our errors will be borne by us; costs due to personal reasons (such as personal preferences, incorrect ordering, etc.) will be borne by you.
4. Quality Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will complete the quality inspection within 5 business days. After the quality inspection confirms the goods pass inspection, we will process a refund or exchange according to your needs.
(1) Refund: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-7 working days after the quality inspection is passed. The relevant taxes and fees generated in the cross-border transaction will also be refunded (in accordance with the relevant regulatory provisions of the General Administration of Customs).
(2) Exchange: We will arrange for a new shipment as soon as possible after the quality inspection is passed, and the shipping cost will be borne by us.
IV. Circumstances under which returns and exchanges are not accepted
1. Failure to submit a return/exchange application after the 30-day return/exchange period;
2. The goods are used, damaged, or the labels or packaging are incomplete, affecting resale;
3. Returning goods without submitting the required application;
4. Due to personal reasons (such as personal preference, misunderstanding of product information, etc.) and the product has no quality issues;
5. Special items marked "non-refundable and non-exchangeable", or items damaged due to force majeure.
V. Special Notes
1. Cross-border goods returns and exchanges must comply with the customs regulations of the destination country/region. For delays in returns and exchanges caused by reasons other than our fault, such as customs inspection or policy adjustments, we will do our best to assist in communication, but we will not bear any related liability for breach of contract.
2. Refund arrival time may be delayed due to factors such as payment method and bank clearing process; the actual arrival time shall prevail.
3. If you have any objection to the return or exchange processing result, you can provide feedback again through the contact information specified in this policy, and we will re-verify and process it.
VI. Policy Changes and Interpretations
1. We may adjust this policy based on business development, changes in laws and regulations, or cross-border e-commerce regulatory requirements. The revised policy will be published on our official platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
The right to interpret this policy belongs to Mingyuan Business School Co., Ltd. In case of any dispute arising from this policy, both parties shall resolve it amicably through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the company's location.
