Transportation Policy

I. Transportation methods and scope

1. Shipping methods: We have established long-term partnerships with international logistics service providers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx to provide you with diversified cross-border shipping solutions, mainly including postal parcels, dedicated line logistics, overseas warehouse delivery, and commercial express. The specific shipping methods available are subject to the information displayed on the order page.
2. Delivery Scope: Covers multiple countries and regions worldwide (specific delivery areas are subject to the platform's published information). If your area is not within the delivery scope, the system will automatically prompt you when you place your order. You can contact customer service for alternative solutions.
3. Method Selection: Different shipping methods have different delivery times, costs, and service standards. You can choose the method based on the product attributes, delivery time requirements, and budget. Shipping costs will be calculated based on factors such as the shipping method, product weight/volume, and destination.

II. Transportation Process Standards

1. Delivery Time: After you complete the payment and your order is approved, we will pack and ship the goods within 1-3 business days (excluding customized and pre-sale items; the specific delivery time is subject to the information on the product details page).
2. Tracking Number Generation: After the goods leave the warehouse, we will immediately generate a tracking number and upload it to the order system. You can check the transportation track through the order center or the logistics service provider's official website;
3. Cross-border customs clearance: Goods need to pass through customs clearance at the point of origin and the destination during transportation. We will provide the necessary customs clearance documents (such as commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.). You need to cooperate by providing personal identification information, proof of purchase, and other documents required by customs (if the destination customs has special requirements). You will be solely responsible for any delays or failures in customs clearance caused by your failure to provide the documents in a timely manner.
4. Delivery and Signing: The logistics service provider will deliver the goods to the delivery address you provided. Before delivery, they may notify you by SMS, telephone, or other means. We suggest you keep your contact information accessible. Once you or your designated representative have signed for the goods, the transportation is considered complete.

III. Explanation of Transportation Time and Delay

1. Estimated Delivery Time: The delivery time for each mode of transport is an estimated time (calculated from the date the goods leave the warehouse). The actual delivery time will depend on the actual transport situation. Generally speaking: commercial express takes 3-7 working days, dedicated logistics takes 7-15 working days, and postal parcel takes 15-30 working days.
2. Delay Situations: We will not be liable for breach of contract for delays caused by the following reasons, but will make every effort to assist in communication and resolution:
(1) Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, policy adjustments, etc.);
(2) Inherent risks of cross-border transportation, such as changes in customs inspection and clearance policies;
(3) Delivery delays caused by incomplete delivery address or inaccessible contact information provided by you;
(4) Third-party reasons such as system failure of logistics service providers or insufficient transportation capacity.

IV. Division of Responsibilities During Transportation

1. Before goods leave the warehouse: If the goods are damaged or lost due to our reasons, we will replace the goods or refund you free of charge;
2. During the transportation of goods:
(1) If the goods are damaged, lost or wrongly delivered due to the fault of the logistics service provider, we will assist you in claiming compensation from the logistics service provider. After the claim is successful, we will compensate you with the corresponding amount or goods.
(2) You may choose to purchase logistics insurance. If the value of the goods is high, it is recommended to purchase insurance to reduce transportation risks. The insurance cost will be borne by you.
3. After you sign for the goods: If you find any damage or shortage of the goods, and you do not take photos on the spot upon signing for the goods and contact us and the logistics service provider for confirmation, it will be deemed that the goods have been delivered in good condition, and we will no longer bear any responsibility for transportation (except for quality problems of the goods themselves, which can be handled in accordance with the "Refund and Return Policy").
4. If the goods are returned or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undelivered address provided by you, you shall bear the return shipping costs and secondary transportation costs.

V. Special Commodity Transportation Instructions

1. Fragile items, liquids, batteries, and other special goods: Special packaging (such as foam, shockproof boxes, etc.) is required. There is a certain risk of breakage during transportation. We will do our best to take protective measures, but we cannot guarantee 100% no damage. We recommend purchasing insurance. Some special goods may be restricted by logistics service providers and customs and cannot be transported. Please refer to the platform's announcement for details.
2. Oversized/overweight items: may require special shipping methods, which are more expensive and take longer. Please contact customer service to confirm shipping feasibility and related costs before placing an order.

VI. Policy Changes and Interpretations

1. We may adjust this policy based on logistics cooperation, changes in transportation policies, changes in laws and regulations, etc. The revised policy will be published on the official platform. Your continued use of our transportation services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
2. The right to interpret this policy belongs to Mingyuan Business School Co., Ltd. In case of any dispute arising from this policy, both parties shall resolve it amicably through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the company's location.
