User Agreement

I. Scope of Agreement


  1. This agreement applies to all services provided by Mingyuan Business School Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mingyuan Business School"), including cross-border e-commerce platform operation, supply chain management, logistics and distribution, and marketing promotion.
  2. By clicking "Agree" or using the company's services, users are deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, which shall take effect immediately.

II. User Rights and Obligations

    • You have the right to use the compliant services provided by Mingyuan Business School, and you may ask questions and provide feedback on service issues.
    • Personal information is protected, and you have the right to refuse to provide information unrelated to the service.
    • If the after-sales policy is met, you can apply for services such as return, exchange, and refund.

  2. obligation
    • Provide true and accurate information required for registration and services, and update the information promptly if it changes.
    • Comply with national laws and regulations and platform rules, and do not use the service to engage in illegal or irregular activities.
    • Keep your account password safe and take responsibility for all actions taken under your account.


III. Rights and Obligations of Mingyuan Business School


  1. right
    • We reserve the right to adjust our service offerings based on business development, and will announce any adjustments through the platform beforehand.
    • We have the right to take measures such as restricting services and suspending accounts for users who violate the agreement.

  2. obligation
    • Provide stable and compliant cross-border e-commerce related services in accordance with the agreement.
    • Users' personal information must be protected and must not be disclosed, altered, or used illegally.
    • We respond promptly to users' reasonable requests and provide necessary technical support and after-sales service.

IV. Liability for Breach of Contract


  1. If a user violates this agreement and causes losses to Mingyuan Business School, the user shall bear corresponding liability for compensation.
  2. If Mingyuan Business School causes damage to users' rights due to its own fault, it will bear the liability for compensation according to the actual situation.

V. Other Terms and Conditions


  1. The right to modify and interpret this agreement belongs to Mingyuan Business School. Any modifications will be published on the platform, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
  2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties; if the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit in the court with jurisdiction in the location of the Company.
