These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all cooperation between the user and Mingyuan Business School Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), including but not limited to services such as platform operation, supply chain management, cross-border logistics, and marketing promotion.
By registering an account, submitting an order, or using the company's services, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these terms.
II. Service Content and Requirements
Service provision : The company provides one-stop cross-border e-commerce related services based on user needs and cooperation agreements. The specific service content is subject to the order or cooperation agreement confirmed by both parties.
User cooperation : Users must provide the company with true, complete and valid qualification materials, product information, delivery address and other relevant information. Users shall bear the losses caused by incorrect information provided by them.
Service Adjustments : The company may adjust service content and processes based on business development, technological updates, or changes in laws and regulations. Adjustments will be announced through official platforms, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the adjusted content.
III. Fees and Payment
Fee Standard : Service fees are based on the pricing published by the company or the cooperation agreement signed by both parties. The company has the right to adjust fees according to market conditions, and users will be notified in advance before any adjustment is made.
Payment method : Users must complete the payment according to the agreed payment method and deadline. If payment is not made by the deadline, the company has the right to suspend the service, and the user shall bear the penalty for late payment.
Invoice Issuance : After paying the fee, users can apply to the company for a compliant invoice. The invoice information shall be based on the information provided by the user.
IV. Commodities and Logistics
Product Quality : The company conducts strict quality inspections on the products provided to ensure that they meet the agreed standards. If the user receives a product with quality problems, they must contact the company and provide relevant proof within 7 working days after receiving the goods. The company will handle the matter in accordance with its after-sales policy.
Logistics and delivery : The company selects appropriate cross-border logistics channels based on user needs. The delivery time depends on the actual transportation situation. The company is not responsible for logistics delays caused by force majeure, customs inspection, or other reasons not attributable to the company.
Receiving and inspecting goods : Users should inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt. If any damage or shortage of goods is found, photos should be taken immediately and the logistics company and the company should be contacted. If the goods are not inspected on the spot, they shall be deemed to be in good condition.
V. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Intellectual Property : The company owns the intellectual property rights to the platform, service processes, promotional materials, and other related content. Without the company's written permission, users may not copy, modify, disseminate, or use them for commercial purposes.
Confidentiality Obligation : Both parties shall be responsible for keeping confidential any sensitive data such as each other's trade secrets and customer information obtained during the cooperation process, and shall not disclose such data to any third party without permission. The confidentiality obligation shall remain in effect even after the termination of the cooperation.
VI. Disclaimer
If the company is unable to fulfill the service agreement due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, policy adjustments, etc.), the company shall not be liable for breach of contract, but shall promptly notify the user and assist in minimizing losses.
Losses caused by user error, account theft, or incorrect information entry shall be borne by the user.
VII. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this clause shall be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the company is located .
The right to interpret these terms belongs to Mingyuan Business School Co., Ltd.
